Vibeage Boutique Return Policy

We understand that sometimes, ordering clothing online can be tricky, and sometimes you may need to exchange an item after seeing it in person. At Vibeage, we work hard to ensure we indicate the style and fit with each product. That said, if for whatever reason you would like to return your order, please note the following details on our policies.

Your new clothing may be returned within 14 days of purchase for store credit only, for the value of the item(s) sold. Please note shipping and handling costs will not be included in your store credit.

When you send in your return, please include the original invoice, plus a note letting us know the reason for return. Please note that exact colors of merchandise may vary due to lighting and environment, so these situations do not count toward reasons for returning your order. All return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility; Vibeage strongly recommends using a reliable shipping method with tracking for your return packages.

Please give us about 3-4 business days for us to receive and process your return, then up to a week for your store credit to be issued. You would then receive a unique store credit promo code to be applied toward your next order. These store credit promo codes cannot be applied to purchases made in-store at our Lubbock, TX boutique.

Sale items are final sale only and are not eligible for returns. Loungewear and athleisure bottoms are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Please note that all returns must have original tags and in new condition, unworn. If we notice wear/smell on any returned item, your return order will not be accepted. Likewise, if we receive a return order that does not qualify for a return or receive back undeliverable packages, the customer is responsible for the $5.00 return shipping processing fee.

If returning a pair of shoes, please package the shoe box in an additional box, with appropriate padding, to protect both the original box and shoes. Please don’t affix your shipping labels or postage onto the shoe box. We cannot accept damaged merchandise boxes.

We can hold non-returnable orders for 14 days, after which time the inventory will be considered abandoned.

Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange your order for a different size, style, or color, please indicate what item you would like in your return package. Please follow the above guidelines on returns.

Please indicate whether it’s an exchange or just a return in the note you enclose in your package.

For exchanges of items with lesser value, we will issue a store credit for the difference. For items of greater value, please get in touch with us for payment on the balance due.
