Can I edit or change my order?

Vibeage is not responsible for packages shipped back to us because of undeliverable address information. Please double-check you have entered your shipping address correctly before confirming your order.
The item(s) I ordered are now on sale. Can I get that pricing?
After an order has been placed, we cannot retroactively apply discounts, promo codes, or price matching.
Will I be charged sales tax?
We only charge sales tax for orders placed in Texas; the amount will differ depending on your county.
Our goal at Vibeage is to get you your new clothes as soon as we can using competitive standard USPS shipping rates.
We offer free shipping for orders over $99 within the continental United States, except for shoes.
When will my order ship, and how can I track my package?
If you place your order before 2 PM Central Standard Time, your order will ship the same day. If placed after that time, we will process and ship your order the following business day.
Please note that Vibeage is not responsible for transit delays or held accountable for mail that may be lost in transit. Please check your tracking number and contact USPS directly with any questions or concerns regarding your package status.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping. Rates may vary.
Please note that the customer is responsible for all foreign taxes and customs fees that may be incurred. You can contact your local customs office to learn more about local regulations.
Vibeage is not responsible for international shipping delays and products that may be lost/damaged in transit.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes, orders processed can ship to PO Boxes.
At Vibeage, we offer returns but do not offer refunds. Please note that exact colors of merchandise may vary due to lighting and environment, so these situations do not count toward reasons for returning your order.
Your new clothing may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit only, for the value of the item(s) sold. Shipping and handling fees will not be included in your store credit.
When you send in your return, please include the original invoice, plus a note letting us know the reason for return. All return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility; Vibeage strongly recommends using a reliable shipping method with tracking for your return packages.

Please give us about 3-4 business days for us to receive and process your return, then up to a week for your store credit to be issued. You would then receive a store credit promo code to be applied toward your next order.
Sale items are final sale only and are not eligible for returns.
Please note that all returns must have original tags and in new condition, unworn. If we notice wear/smell on any returned item, your return order will not be accepted. Likewise, if we receive a return order that does not qualify for a return or receive back undeliverable packages, the customer is responsible for the $5.00 return shipping processing fee.
If returning a pair of shoes, please package the shoe box in an additional box, with appropriate padding, to protect both the original box and shoes. Please don’t affix your shipping labels or postage onto the shoe box. We cannot accept damaged merchandise boxes.
We can hold non-returnable orders for 14 days, after which time the inventory will be considered abandoned.
