Placing Orders

Can I edit or change my order?

We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, so please reach out as soon as you can if you need to change anything! Give us a call at 806-368-7074 as soon as possible after placing your order to let us know. We’re here for you Monday through Saturday, 10AM - 6PM Central Time.

Vibeage is not responsible for packages shipped back to us because of undeliverable address information. Please double-check you have entered your shipping address correctly before confirming your order.

The item(s) I ordered are now on sale. Can I get that pricing?

After an order has been placed, we cannot retroactively apply discounts, promo codes, or price matching.

Will I be charged sales tax?

We only charge sales tax for orders placed in Texas; the amount will differ depending on your county.

I’m local and love your store! Can I get the outfits you sell online in-store? Are your inventories the same?

Our collections are different in-store and online. We love offering exclusives to our community and to offer special pieces for our online customers. Please get in touch with us if you see an item online that you absolutely must have in your Vibeage collection. We recommend purchasing anything you love online here, since our inventory differs from online to in-person. Our local shipping fees online are very reasonable!

How do your clothes fit? Do you have a size guide?

We know the challenge of finding perfect outfits that fit well! We’ve provided a simple fashion size guide for your reference. For further details about fits or styles, please get in touch with us, or review the product descriptions where we indicate the size of the model.

I’d like to return or exchange my order. Is this possible?

Our goal at Vibeage is to get you your new clothes as soon as we can using competitive standard USPS shipping rates.

When will my order ship, and how can I track my package?

If you place your order before 2 PM Central Standard Time, your order will ship the same day. If placed after that time, we will process and ship your order the following business day.

Please note that Vibeage is not responsible for transit delays or held accountable for mail that may be lost in transit. Please check your tracking number and contact USPS directly with any questions or concerns regarding your package status.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping. Rates may vary.

Please note that the customer is responsible for all foreign taxes and customs fees that may be incurred. You can contact your local customs office to learn more about local regulations.

Vibeage is not responsible for international shipping delays and products that may be lost/damaged in transit.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes, orders processed can ship to PO Boxes.
